Heavens to Betsy Bars!

htbbarsThese sweet things are the bomb-dilly-om to the nom nom nom and they dip their baby toe in the healthy pool, too!

Bonus!

They took almost no time to whip up! Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 Cup of Coconut Butter (you can sub coconut oil, if you prefer)
  • 2 Cups of raw unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 Cup of real maple syrup (you can also use honey)

Mix those together in a bowl and press that goodness into a wax-paper lined bar pan. (Mine was 6X6)

  • Melt a 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips and pour on top of the coconut mixture

Cool in the fridge for at least a 1/2 hour!

Enjoy the healthy, anti-inflammatory, superfood-tastic goodness your Father in heaven grew in a garden for you to enjoy!
