They took almost no time to whip up! Here’s the recipe:
- 1 Cup of Coconut Butter (you can sub coconut oil, if you prefer)
- 2 Cups of raw unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 Cup of real maple syrup (you can also use honey)
Mix those together in a bowl and press that goodness into a wax-paper lined bar pan. (Mine was 6X6)
- Melt a 1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips and pour on top of the coconut mixture
Cool in the fridge for at least a 1/2 hour!
